Transaction Data: Payment details handled via secure, encrypted third-party gateways (we do not store your full credit card data).
Operational Data: Information shared during professional consultations to calibrate the K.i.N.D. Blueprint to your specific needs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for the following "Intentions":

Deployment: To fulfill your Ghost-Drop pledges (Anchor, Builder, Catalyst) and deliver physical/digital kits starting in May 2026.
Calibration: To provide tax-deductible professional training receipts as outlined in our tiers.
Communication: To provide high-fidelity updates regarding the rollout and future protocol developments.

4. Resource Protection (TME Framework)

We value your Time, Money, and Energy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to "Noise" (third-party marketers). Your information is a protected resource within our "Vessel."

5. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our site is built on the Wix Studio platform. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general applications, protected by their enterprise-grade firewalls and security protocols.

6. Sovereign Rights

As the owner of your data, you have the right to:

Access the Knowledge of what data we hold.
Correct any "Glitches" in your information.
Request the permanent Deletion of your data from our active systems.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The K.i.N.D. Protocol (Knowledge, Intention, Need, Deal), the KiNDNESS Doctrine, the TME Framework, and all associated branding, text, and scenario-based learning systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Chaela Grace Kindness and KiNDNESS Consulting.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "re-engineering" of this proprietary logic—including the K.i.N.D. Deployment Kits and the Ghost-Drop sovereign model—is strictly prohibited without a signed Handshake Agreement or written consent from the Architect.
