For over 15 years, I’ve been obsessed with how systems communicate. But for the youth and social workers on the front lines, "soft skills" aren't enough. They need a mechanical foundation. They need a protocol that works when things get loud.
Today, I am officially announcing the K.i.N.D. Self-Advocacy Card Set.
This isn't just a "game." It is a pedagogical tool designed to bridge the gap between intent and impact. By utilizing the K.i.N.D. Protocol (Knowledge, Intention, Need, Deal), we are giving young people the architecture they need to advocate for themselves with clarity and confidence.
The Ghost Drop Giveback-Loop
We aren't just selling a product; we are deploying a movement. For every kit pledged by our community partners, a kit is deployed directly to the front lines—putting these tools into the hands of the kids who need them most.
A Sneak Peek at the System
The logic is built into every card. From identifying the Need to closing the Deal, the K.i.N.D. system removes the friction from difficult conversations.
